The suspension of their scheduled services was part of a strategic business realignment to reposition the airline and return it to profitability. (Read here)
Although the carrier claimed that the suspension starts from tomorrow, aggrieved passengers revealed that their Aero flights were cancelled early yesterday without any warning.
According to some passengers, flights are still being booked and paid for online, but on arrival at the terminal you would be informed that they are not flying.
Another stranded passenger however revealed that although customers were stranded for hours and Aero staffs initially disappeared, they have started refunding money back.
