"Interesting!! Court Rule Out ‘Certificate Suit’ Against Pres. Buhari"

                           

Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the federal high court, Abuja, struck out a suit challenging the veracity of the academic credentials of Pres. Buhari. His verdict followed a motion for discontinuance filed by the applicant Nnamdi Nwokocha- Ahaaiwe.
