"Husband's family alleges conspiracy on woman who stabbed him to death" [MUST READ]

Picture of Lowo before he was eventually stabbed to death, emerges as his family alleges conspiracy.

The story of a wife/lawyer Yewande Oyediran, that reportedly stabbed her husband, Lowo, to death in the early hours of yesterday hits the Internet again. More details have now emerged. Lowo resided in France but had been coming home regularly since he married Yewande.

A family source, who is a brother to the deceased said the husband was into property development and had come home in December 2015 to execute a job in Nigeria. The dispute was allegedly over Lowo's plan to go for another foreign trip, a flight of which he had already booked.

Yewande was said to have insisted that he mustn't go. In the cause of the dispute, she stabbed him in the upper arm. Lowo later went to the hospital to get treated. When they got home, another argument started and their landlord was forced to intervene and help them settle the dispute.

Few hours later, when Lowo was asleep, Yewande allegedly stabbed him in the neck. According to sources, when the wife called for help she didn't have any dislocated shoulders, swollen head or bruised body. She was with him when neighbors rushed him to the hospital and still didn't have any dislocations.

A family source told Punch newspaper that the family feared that apart from losing Lowo, the case might also be lost because Yewande worked as a counsel at the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. The source said: “She is a lawyer with the Oyo State DPP at the Ministry of Justice. .

She is also the daughter of an Anglican venerable in Ibadan. As an employee of the DPP, she could truncate the case. We heard that her family is making efforts to cover up this dastardly act using the state judiciary.” Oyo State Commissioner of Police has now ordered a thorough investigation into the case.
